This guide will walk you through the steps to add a loan and savings product on the Lendsqr Admin Console. To add loans and savings products to an already existing group, kindly follow the steps outlined below:
After signing in to the Admin Console, Go to “Customer Management” and select “Groups”.
From the list of existing groups, click on the more options (:) menu and choose “View Details”.
To add a loan product to a group, click on ”Add New”, and then “Add Loan Product”.
A list of the available loan products are then displayed on the right. Select your preferred Loan Product and click on “Submit” to add it.
After clicking “Submit”, a success message will appear, click “Finish” to complete the process.
After clicking “Finish”, you can confirm that the loan product has successfully been added to the group, by clicking on “Loan Products”.
To add a savings product to a group, the steps are exactly the same, click on ”Add New”, and then “Add Savings Product”.
A list of the available savings products are then displayed on the right. Select your preferred savings product and click on “Submit” to add it.
After clicking “Submit”, a success message will appear, click “Finish” to complete the process.
After clicking “Finish”, you can confirm that the savings product has successfully been added to the group by clicking on “Savings Products”.
