System settings are various configurations that drive your organization's operations. The system settings control different aspects of the mobile app. This section allows you to manage providers, different integrations, access tokenkeys, etc. In this section, you can;

  • Configure your disbursement provider and change the API keys, username, password, etc.
  • Set the scoring provider (e.g. Oraculi) to be used
  • Manage the notification settings.
  • Manage your integration configurations like access tokens and API keys etc.


Kindly note:

  1. The fields available in the system settings section are based on the existing integrations already done.
  2. To change certain providers and their corresponding attributes, you can contact Lendsqr support through support@lendsqr.com


Categories of System Settings

  1. Disbursement Settings: in this category of settings, an admin can configure settings related to disbursement such as disbursement provider, pin, secret, source account, etc.

  2. Nuntius: in this category, an admin can configure settings related to their Nuntius services such as Nuntius source account API key and secret.

  3. Card Settings: under this category, an admin can configure settings related to the tokenization of cards on the platform e.g. card authorization charge, verve card settings, etc.

  4. Notification Settings: the settings under this category relate to the configuration of the notifications that go to both the users of the mobile app and also the admins e.g. email sender name, admin email mailing list, email sender name prefix, etc.

  5. Scoring Settings: the settings under this category relate to settings that control the scoring system on the platform and the ecosystem configurations

  6. Loan Settings: the settings that are within this category control different configurations applicable to loans in general on the platform; such as reversal period.
  7. Service Availability: this category has settings that toggle on or off certain services on the platform; such as withdrawals, card payments, loan applications, loan processing, etc.
