Introduction

As a lender, you can configure a wide range of settings on the Lendsqr admin console. The settings available for configuration range from editing your profile details, and updating your support channel details to configuring your system settings.

As an admin, you can:

  • Update all your social media channel links

  • Modify your support contact details like phone number and email

  • Edit your privacy and website URL

  • Change your organization's address

Organization Profile

When the details of your organization have changed and need to be updated, you can easily update and modify your organization’s profile from the Lendsqr admin console. Here, as an admin, you can:

  • Update your organization's logo;

  • Edit your company phone number and support email;

  • Change your website URL;

  • Update your company address.

How to manage your organization profile

  • Click on the settings icon at the top-right corner of any page on the Lendsqr admin console.

  • Select “Profile”. This will take you to your organization's profile page where you can view and edit the details.
