Group savings and group loan guarantees have long been essential to financial communities, promoting collective responsibility and shared financial growth. With the Groups feature, lenders can organize users into groups for group savings or group loan guarantees on the admin console.
To create a group on the admin console, follow these steps:
Navigate “Customer Management” and click on “Groups”
Click on “Create new group”
Input the necessary information required including Name, description, minimum members, maximum members and proceed to click on "Submit"
Click on “Confirm” to submit the details inputted
