Configurable services are workflows defined by the lender, allowing borrowers to request specific services. These services could include rent reporting, utility bill payments, insurance requests, or other custom services provided by the lender.

Lenders can define the type of service, set conditions, and outline the process for service completion, enabling flexible lending solutions tailored to borrower needs.

Each service can be customized based on lender preferences with structured workflows that determine borrower interactions, data collection, and approval management.

To create a configurable service, the following details are needed:

Configurable Service Details:

  • Service Name: The name of the service offered to customers.
  • Service Description: A short description of the service.
  • Approval Type: Manual or automatic approval type to be executed when a request is made.
  • Charge Timing: When service fees are charged — either immediately after submission or upon approval.
  • Service Status: Controls the visibility of the service to users on the web app. When active, users can view the service.

Configurable Service Subscription Details:

  • Require Subscription:Enabling this activates a subscription fee for the service, requiring two values:
    • Subscription Tenor: Duration of the subscription.
    • Maximum Subscriptions: The maximum number of times this subscription can be charged.
    • Amount: If the amount to be collected is specified, enter the value in your currency.

Form Actions:
