Configurable services are lender-defined workflows where borrowers can request a "service" from a lender. These services can include anything from rent reporting to utility bill payments, insurance requests, or custom services that the lender offers.

Lenders define the type of service, the conditions, and the process for service completion. This allows for flexible lending solutions tailored to specific borrower needs.

Each service can be customized based on the lender’s preferences and structured workflows that determine how the borrower interacts with the service, what data is collected, and how approvals are managed.

To create a configurable service, you would need the below details and information:

Configurable service details

  1. Service name: This is the name of the service to be provided to your customers
  2. Service description: This is a short description of the service to be provided.
  3. Approval type: This is either manual or automatic type of approval to be done once a request is made on the service.
  4. Charge type: This is when fees are charged on the service. Either immediately after submission or after approval.
