Sometimes, you might need to deactivate a direct debit mandate that has been activated previously but could be reactivated later. Whether it's for temporary changes or other reasons, Lendsqr makes it easy to manage your mandates directly from the admin console.
Only NIBSS EASYPAY mandates can be deactivated i.e only mandates created by your customers via your web app can be deactivated.
Here's how you can deactivate a mandate:
2. Navigate to "Direct Debits" under "Customer Management".
3. Click on the mandate you would like to deactivate from the table.
4. Click on the "Deactivate" button at the top right corner of the page.
5. Click on "Submit" to confirm deactivation.
To activate the mandate after deactivation, simply click on the Activate button
