Sometimes, you might need to deactivate a direct debit mandate that has been activated previously but could be reactivated later. Whether it's for temporary changes or other reasons, Lendsqr makes it easy to manage your mandates directly from the admin console.


Here's how you can deactivate a mandate: 


1. Login to the admin console

2. Navigate to "Direct Debits" under "Loan Management".

3. Click on the mandate you would like to deactivate  from the table. 




4. Click on the "Deactivate" button at the top right corner of the page.



5. Click on "Deactivate" to confirm deactivation.
