After a user has signed/created their Direct debit mandate, you can find the mandate on the user’s profile.
Use the steps outlined below to locate a user’s direct debit mandate:
On the Lendsqr admin console menu, click on Customers and filter to find a specific customer you wish to view their mandate details
From the user’s profile, select Bank details from the profile menu.
Just below the user’s bank and card details, you will find the Direct debit mandate details of this user showing the mandate ID, start date and end date.
