The subscription service renewal process is automated once you upgrade to a paid plan. This ensures a seamless continuation of your subscription without any interruption. When your subscription is due for renewal, it is important to take action in order to continue enjoying the benefits of the service.

In the event that no action is taken after your subscription has expired, our system will automatically attempt to renew your subscription. The system will deduct the necessary fees from your Prepaid Service balance. If there are insufficient funds in your Prepaid Service balance, your account will carry a negative balance, reflecting the outstanding amount required for the renewal. 


You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time before the automatic renewal. By doing so, your account will be downgraded to the free plan. It is important to note that the downgrade will only take effect at the end of the current subscription period. Once your subscription is downgraded to the free plan, you will no longer have access to the benefits and features associated with the paid subscription.

You can also choose to cancel your subscription at any time before automatic renewal.
