Where do customers see their mandates on the app? Print

To get the mandate status the customers should follow the steps below.

Login to the app
Click on account
Scroll down to where they see “Direct Debit Mandates” and click.
The mandate with green means that it is activated while the one is yellow means that the mandate is pending activation.
