To check for a user’s mandate status, follow the steps below.
Login to Lendsqr Admin Console with your admin credentials.
Click on “Users” under the “Customer” section.
Search for the user.
Click on Bank details
Scroll to the bottom to see the mandates available.
The mandate with green means that it is activated while the one is yellow means that the mandate is pending activation.
