Locating a User’s Loan Print

To locate a user’s loan,

Navigate to the “Loans” tab under the “Loan Management” section of your Lendsqr admin console dashboard.
Click on the “Filter ” Button which will display different fields to filter for the user you are looking for.
Enter the desired field (email, phone number or BVN) and click on the “Filter” button. This will display all approved loans of the user. Select the loan that applies.
