A user’s loan profile is made of different segments, including:
Summary tab: This displays the user’s name, credit score, and details of previous requests
Loan Details: This contains the specifics of the loan the user applied for such as the principal amount, interest, etc.
Cards and Bank Accounts: This displays the bank and card details of that particular user
Documents: This segment displays all KYC documents submitted by the user via the mobile app. It also shows the status of these documents (either pending, approved, or rejected) and you can click on the document there to review if required.
Loan Fees: This displays a breakdown of the loan processing fees
Loan Schedules: This displays all the repayment schedules for that loan. It is particularly useful for multi-tenor loans that have multiple repayment schedules over a while. You can also edit the schedules to your preference.
Borrower’s Details: This displays the various personal details of the borrower such as date of birth, phone number, email, marital status, etc.
Education and Employment: This segment displays details of the user’s education level and employment details. It includes details like level of education, sector of employment, monthly salary, employment status, etc.
Previous Loans: This segment displays all the loans that have been previously taken and settled by the user. You can click on any of the displayed records to view the loan details.
Previous loan requests: This segment displays all previously attempted loan requests made by the user. You can click on any of the records to view the reason why the loan request failed or was declined.
Decision Data: This segment is very important during the loan approval process. The decision data consists of all the checks done by the system to determine a user’s eligibility. The decision data is driven by the decision model you configured for each of your loan products.
