When you first create a loan product, it is deactivated by default. You can activate it or deactivate an already activated loan product by following the steps below:
- Navigate to the Product Management tab
- Click on “Loan Products”
- On the loan products page, click on the row of the product you wish to activate/deactivate. This will redirect you to that loan product detail page.
- On the loan product detail page, you will see a “activate/deactivate product“ button at the top-right corner of the page depending on the current status of the loan product.
- Clicking this button will activate or deactivate the loan product.
