There are two ways to view activity Logs on the Lendsqr admin console.

There are:

  1. Audit logs which is a log of all system activities performed by your admin users on the Lendsqr admin console and end-users on the app. 

  2. User logs which is a more detailed log of actions a user performs on your app.


You can access Audit logs by doing the following:

  1. Log into the Lendsqr admin console.

  2. On the side navigation, scroll to the bottom where you can locate "Audit Logs" under the back office section.

  3. Filter the logs by "User type", "Date", or "Email address".


You can access user logs by doing the following:

  1. Log into the Lendsqr admin console.

  2. From the side navigation, click the "Customer Management" tab, to locate the "Customers" sub-tab.

  3. Click the "Customers" sub-tab and search for the specific user with the ‘Filter’ button.

  4. Select the user.

  5. Click the Logs tab under the user's profile details to view the user's logs.
