To check the reason why a user's loan request was not successful, simply log into Lendsqr Admin Console using the following steps:


  1. On the "Customers" sub-tab under the "Customer Management" filter for the desired user. 
  2. Select the Loans tab on the user's page
  3. Scroll or select the loan request in question
  4. Navigate the Decision Data card of the loan request
  5. Expand the data to view the actual reasons
