General, Products, Teams, and Roles,  & Messaging Center are the various divisions.

  • General encapsulates the organization’s profile, contact details, the support channels, two factors authentication e.t.c.

  • Team and Roles section represents a collection of the team members that are assigned permissions by the administrator to perform specific actions or functions.

  • Messaging center is the section where incoming and outgoing messages, are received and transmitted.
